4.17 miles in the cold cold morning.  I think I needed a hat and some mittens.  Next time!

It was beautiful out this morning.  I ran along the dirt trail at MCC Red Mountain.  The sun rise was just beautiful. :o)

Sounds like a pretty run! I love my mittens and fleece, but sometimes they get too hot after a few miles and I ditch them by my house!

hey... 50 degrees is definitely cold when you aren't use to it! :o)

Glad you enjoyed the sunrise!

It was a bit colder this morning. I always check Yahoo to see what the temp is, but I'm not sure if it only posts like every hour or what. When I started my run this morning it said 36. By the time I finished the sun was up, but it still said 36.
