I did my own version of circuit training.  I set a timer to 2 mins and every two mintues changed from one exercize to another (2 mins of situps, 2 mins pushups, etc. etc.) and repeated the whole thing 3 times.  My abs were feeling pretty sore by the end :o)

I was a total loser though... I had set my alarm clock for 4:10am to go for a bike ride.  But when it went off, I got up, started getting dressed and to head out the door, but my head started hurting, so I went back to bed.  Bad Camille.  That dang headache lasted all day.  I'm sure if I had gone biking, the fresh air would have helped.  Sometimes I just don't think about that.  see... total loser!

Who would not have a headache at that time of day??? Way to go on the circuit training, it sounds fun and that is what counts.

Thanks! It was fun. I just wish I were a little more creative with the exercizes... :o) I'll have to work on it.

Nothing wrong with pushups and situps. Nothing wrong with a good old-fashioned PB&J sandwich either.

Well... I think if you actually saw my pushups, you'd say there was something wrong with them LOL. And about the comment you made regarding the PB&J sandwich... you need to stop making fun of my lunch!

Nicely done Camille!

I'm just saying, stick to the basics, the tried and true.

Thanks Walter... I need cheerleaders like you, because I'm easily discouraged!

Burt - I hear ya! :o)
