I have been such a horrible slacker this week.  Melanie was super sick yesterday and all night.  I hate having a sick baby.  You never know what to do for them and you wish you could take away all their pain.  It's not fun.  This morning I felt like a slug, so Brandon told me he'd watch Melanie for an hour before he has to get out the door and I could go for a run.  I was able to do 5.25 miles in 45 min.  I feel much better now.  Unforturnately, Melanie doesn't :o(

Nice run Camille!! How did the back of your ankle hold up? Did it bother you at all?? Doesn't seem to have with that awesome pace!! Nicely done.

Hope the baby is feeling much better.

I hope the baby is feeling better! And great run!! How are the temps now? Is it finally cooling down a little?

It is awful when they are sick. I feel so helpless. Melanie is actually getting worse. She is just miserable. She has a virus, and the dr. said that it will cause her to feel pain all over. All I can do is give her Tylenol and loves. :o(

My heel hurts awfully bad, but for some reason, while I was running to didn't hurt too much. It did hurt when I was done though. :o( O-well. It definitely could be worse, right?

Kelli - it is starting to cool down to a comfortable temperature again. Hopefully it stays this time instead of heating up.

Sick babies are worse than being sick yourself! I am so sorry!! Hope she gets better FAST.
