8.65 miles...  average pace 9:42 min/mil.  I stretched my knee at every stop light (4 lights) It hurt, but not unbearably.  I did notice that I was going slower because of the pain.  I stopped running over an hour ago...  My knee is sore, but still, nothing unbearable.  I'll just keep watching it.

Ice, Ice BABY! Maybe you should take the week off so you will be ready for Ragnar??? Or just bake me a cake and wait for me to run by?!?

April - Thanks. It did (thank goodness!). It is definitely better to run with music then to listen to the music in my head! :o)

Kelli - I will definitely be running the Ragnar. It would take a disaster (knock on wood) to keep me away. What kind of cake do you like?

From Kelli on Sun, Feb 22, 2009 at 13:52:59

Cake, did someone say cake?????

From Teena on Sun, Feb 22, 2009 at 17:00:20

Yep ... lots of ice!!!

(If you bake Kelli a cake will you please send her home with at least one piece for me??)

Hang in there Camille.

What do you listen to while you run?
